ALH1010/Lecture/02 - Dining Assistant | Credits 1.00
This course follows the guidelines of  Ohio’s Dining Assistant (DA) Program  and is designed to meet the requirements of Rule 3701-17-07.2  of the Administrative Code as well as provide a meaningful, practical skill development opportunity for persons who desire work as a dining assistant.  The course contains information related to communication,  interactions with residents, infection control, standard precautions, safety and emergency care, resident rights, nutrition and fluid needs, and mealtime experiences. Successful students will obtain a Certificate of Completion from the Ohio Department of Health.
