MGT1400/Lecture/21 - Introduction to Management | Credits 3.00
Students will learn the fundamental principles of first-line management and their application in different work situations. This course introduces the five functions of the management process: planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. The focus of MGT1400 is to prepare the student for a supervisory role, emphasizing communication, delegation, motivation, stress and time management, and problem solving. 3 Cr Hrs.
