MTC Works! Electronic Career Network

MTC WORKS! is targeted to serve companies and individuals.

MTC’s Office of Career Services and The Center for Workforce Development collaborated to develop a program of services to pro-actively recruit employers and individuals, and create job matches between employers and qualified individuals. This partnership has produced 112 matches and provides follow up with employers and matched employees at two weeks, one month and three month intervals.
